They are short and easy meditation videos. They are a simple tool to help ease or stop anxiety. Anxiety is increasing. We are a society that is more aware than ever, that our mental health is important to overall wellbeing. The easy to use, jump in anytime, anxiety meditation is suitable for anyone. During an ever changing world, I want to draw the focus back to you. Although I have my morning images as overlays, closing your eyes and focusing works well. I hope you benifit from this journey.
